This guide explains how to use P2Wkr to top up your favorite Korean games quickly and securely.

Getting Started

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Required for Purchases)

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Settings.
  3. Find the Two-Factor Authentication section.
  4. Click Enable 2FA.
  5. Check your email for a verification code.
  6. Enter the code and scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
  7. Save your backup codes in a safe place.
  8. Enter a 6-digit code from your app to confirm setup.

How to Get Points

Points are the internal currency used on P2Wkr for purchasing pin codes and requesting top-ups.

Buying Points

  1. Click Your Points in the Header next of Dashboard Button.
  2. Choose a point package or enter a custom amount.
  3. Select your payment method.
  4. Enter your 2FA code.
  5. Complete the payment with your chosen provider.
  6. Points will be added to your account after payment confirmation.

All purchases of points are final. Points are non-refundable and cannot be converted back to cash.

Purchasing Pin Codes

Pin codes are instantly delivered digital codes for Korean games.

(Note: each product can only be redeemed for specific games or through specific game publishers. Be sure to check the supported game or publisher before purchasing).

How to Purchase:

  1. Browse products in the Store.
  2. Click on a product to see details.
  3. Click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
  4. Review your order and total points cost.
  5. Enter your 2FA code.
  6. Confirm your purchase.
  7. Your Pin codes are sent to your email and saved in Dashboard → Total orders.

Requesting Top-Ups

Top-ups are custom credit amounts added directly to your game account.

Currently, this service supports KakaoPay QR code payments for supported Korea game or game publishers.

Additional payment methods may be supported in the future.

How Top-Up Requests Work

Step 1: Create Your Request

  1. Go to Store → Top-Up category.
  2. Select the game or game publisher you want to top up.
  3. Enter the top-up amount in the applicable currency.
  4. Click Buy Now.
  5. The system will calculate the required points.
  6. Proceed to checkout and enter your 2FA code.
  7. Confirm your top-up request.

After submission, your request status will be automatically updated.

Step 2: Upload Your payment method (ex. KakaoPay QR Code).

Once your request is approved by an admin, the page will automatically update and prompt you to upload your payment method (name).

  1. Click Upload payment method (name).
  2. Upload a screenshot or photo of the payment method (ex. KakaoPay QR code) provided by the supported game or publisher.
  3. The payment method image will be submitted.

Step 3: Payment Processing and Completion

  1. Our admin will review your submitted payment method.
  2. Credits will be added to your game or game publisher account.
  3. The request status will automatically change to "Completed".

You will receive a confirmation email once the process is finished.


Processing Time: Most top-up requests are processed within 5–10 minutes.

Important:

Please ensure that your QR code is clear, valid, and issued for the correct game publisher.

QR codes that are invalid, unreadable, or issued for a different game publisher than the requested product will be rejected and the request will be canceled by an admin.


If a top-up request is canceled for any reason, the points used will be refunded to your account.

Managing Your Account


View Your Points Balance

  1. Your points balance is always displayed in the header.


View Order History

  1. Go to Dashboard → Order History.
  2. See all your past purchases.
  3. Click items to see more information.


Update Your Profile

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings.
  2. Change your name or password (email verification required).
  3. Enable/disable Two-Factor Authentication.


Account Tiers

  1. Your account tier is determined by your total points spent.
  2. Higher tiers may unlock special benefits and priority support!.

Frequently Asked Questions


How do I use my pin code?

  1. Check your email or Order History for your pin code.
  2. Go to the product page where you made the purchase.
  3. Follow the instructions in the Product Information section to redeem your PIN code.

Can I get a refund?

  1. Refunds are not available for purchased items.
  2. Once a pin code is delivered or a top-up request is completed, the item or credits are no longer refundable.


How do I enable 2FA using Google Authenticator?

  1. Download the Google Authenticator app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Open the app and Select “Scan a QR code”.
  3. When prompted, scan the QR code provided on our website when enabling 2FA.
  4. The app will generate a 6-digit verification code.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code on our website to enable 2FA.

What if I lost my 2FA device?

  1. You can use your 2FA backup codes, which were sent to your email when you enabled 2FA.
  2. Each backup code can only be used once.
  3. If you still have access to your account, we strongly recommend disabling 2FA and re-enabling it to register your current device before all backup codes are used.

How do I cancel a Top-Up request?

  1. Go to Dashboard → Order history.
  2. Find the request.
  3. Click "Cancel Request".
  4. After the payment method has been submitted (KakaoPay QR code, etc.), the request can no longer be canceled by the user.

Expired, invalid, or reused QR codes will be rejected and the request will be canceled by an admin.

If a Top-Up request is canceled for any reason, the points used will be refunded to your account.
