Can I get a refund?

Refunds may be available in certain situations, such as when there is a technical issue, a failed delivery, or a problem with your order.For top-up requests, if the payment could not be processed or the top-up was not successfully completed, the points used for the request will be refunded to your account.If you have unused points, you may request a refund. Refunds are issued based on the remaining points and their KRW-equivalent value at the time of processing. Writing Your Review

How Top-Up Requests Work

Step 1: Create Your Request Go to Store → Top-Up category.Select the game or game publisher you want to top up.Enter the top-up amount in the applicable currency.Click Buy Now.The system will calculate the required points.Proceed to checkout and enter your 2FA code.Confirm your top-up request.After submission, your request status will be automatically updated. Step 2: Upload Your payment method (ex. KakaoPay QR Code)Once your request is approved by an admin, the page will automatically update and prompt you to upload your payment method (name). Click Upload payment method (name).Upload a screenshot or photo of the payment method (ex. KakaoPay QR code) provided by the supported game or publisher.The payment method image will be submitted. How To Get Points

Points are the internal currency used on P2Wkr for purchasing pin codes and requesting top-ups.Buying Points Click Dashboard → Buy Points.Choose a point package or enter a custom amount.Select your payment method. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

How to Enable 2FALog in to your account.Go to Dashboard → Settings.Find the Two-Factor Authentication section.Click Enable 2FA.Check your email for a verification code.Enter the code and scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).Enter a 6-digit code from your app to complete the setup.What if I lost my 2FA device?You can use your 2FA backup codes, which were sent to your email when you enabled 2FA.Each backup code can only be used once.If you still have access to your account, we strongly recommend disabling 2FA and re-enabling it to register your current device before all backup codes are used.
