1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using P2Wkr, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

P2Wkr provides:

1. Game top-up facilitation through official game publisher payment systems for supported games or game publishers
2. A point-based purchasing system
3. Customer support and account management

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

1. Be at least the legal age of majority in your country or jurisdiction to use the service.
2. Provide accurate and complete information.
3. Maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Points and Payments

1. Points are an internal virtual currency used within our platform and do not represent a fixed real-world currency value.
2. If a refund is required by applicable law, refunds will be issued based on the actual net transaction value received by us, taking into account applicable fees, exchange rates, and conversions at the time of processing. Refunds may be issued in a different currency than the original payment currency, based on the exchange rate applied at the time of processing. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from currency fluctuations or conversion fees.
3. Points may only be used to purchase products or services available on our platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary value.
4. We reserve the right to modify point pricing, earning rates, or usage requirements at any time. Any such changes will not affect points already purchased unless otherwise expressly stated.
5. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy or required by applicable law, including cases where unused points may be eligible for refund based on their KRW-equivalent value at the time of processing, subject to review.
6. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers and cryptocurrency networks. We do not store or process payment card information directly and are not responsible for errors, delays, failures, or chargebacks caused by third-party providers or blockchain networks.

5. Top-Up Services

Important Notice:

1. Top-up credits can ONLY be used for official game publisher payments.
2. Personal transfers are NOT supported.
3. You must provide accurate and complete game payment information.
4. Processing times may vary depending on customer response and the policies of game publishers and third-party service providers.
5. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by game publishers or third-party services. However, where alternative payment or processing methods are reasonably available, we may, at our sole discretion, provide guidance or suggestions through our customer support channels. Such assistance does not guarantee resolution.
6. If a top-up request cannot be completed due to such issues, the points used for the request may be refunded to the user’s account.

6. Digital Products

Regarding pin codes and digital products:

1. Codes are delivered instantly once the purchase is complete.
2. Codes are single-use and cannot be reused.
3. You must redeem codes in accordance with the applicable publisher instructions and the product information provided on our platform.
4. We are not responsible for region-locked or expired codes.
5. Screenshots of codes should be saved for your records. Purchased codes may also be accessible through your account order history (e.g., dashboard or order details), where available.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in specific circumstances:

1. If we cannot deliver the product or service.
2. If there is a technical error on our part.
3. If the code provided is invalid or already used (subject to verification).

For top-up requests, if the payment could not be processed or the top-up was not successfully completed, the points used for the request may be refunded to the user’s account.

Refunds are NOT available for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or once a product has been delivered, redeemed, or a top-up request has been successfully completed.

Refunds, when applicable, may be issued in points or through the original payment method, at our sole discretion.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law, including any mandatory refund rights.

If a user has unused points, a refund may be requested and will be processed based on the remaining points and their KRW-equivalent value at the time of processing.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

1. Use our services for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purpose.
2. Share, sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account.
3. Exploit, abuse, or attempt to take advantage of bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities.
4. Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized software.
5. Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit products purchased from our platform without authorization.
6. Provide false, misleading, or incomplete payment or account information.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit all points and pending orders.

Upon account termination requested by the user, all remaining points and pending orders will be forfeited. Refunds will not be provided after account termination, except where required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

P2Wkr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and users waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Referral Program

P2Wkr may provide a referral program where users can earn referral rewards in cash (KRW) for referring new users to our platform.

1. Eligibility: Referral rewards are credited only when referred users register successfully and complete a point purchase. The referring user will receive a referral reward in cash (KRW) calculated based on the percentage specified on the referral page for each completed point purchase.
2. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust referral rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
3. Payouts: Referral rewards are paid according to the payout schedule specified by P2Wkr.
4. No Guarantee: Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any minimum earnings.
5. Termination: P2Wkr reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice. Notwithstanding the termination of the referral program, users may withdraw any earned referral rewards in accordance with the program rules for up to one (1) year following the program's termination.

16. Reviews and Review Rewards

P2Wkr may provide promotional events where users can earn reward points by submitting product reviews.

1. Reward Eligibility: Reviews submitted as part of such promotional events may be eligible for reward points as described on the event page. Reviews that receive reward points through these events cannot be deleted by the user.
2. Content Standards: Reviews must be honest and comply with our community standards. Content that includes harassment, personal attacks, abusive language, hate speech, spam, or other inappropriate material is strictly prohibited.
3. Moderation: P2Wkr reserves the right to remove or disable any review that violates these standards.
4. Enforcement: In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may suspend or terminate the user’s account at our sole discretion.

17. Promotional Events

P2Wkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional event at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
