How Top-Up Requests Work

Step 1: Create Your Request

  1. Go to Store → Top-Up category.
  2. Select the game or game publisher you want to top up.
  3. Enter the top-up amount in the applicable currency.
  4. Click Buy Now.
  5. The system will calculate the required points.
  6. Proceed to checkout and enter your 2FA code.
  7. Confirm your top-up request.

After submission, your request status will be automatically updated.

Step 2: Upload Your payment method (ex. KakaoPay QR Code)

Once your request is approved by an admin, the page will automatically update and prompt you to upload your payment method (name).

  1. Click Upload payment method (name).
  2. Upload a screenshot or photo of the payment method (ex. KakaoPay QR code) provided by the supported game or publisher.
  3. The payment method image will be submitted.

Step 3: Payment Processing and Completion

  1. Our admin will review your submitted payment method.
  2. Credits will be added to your game or game publisher account.
  3. The request status will automatically change to "Completed".
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.

How do I cancel a Top-Up request?

  1. Go to Dashboard → Order history.
  2. Find the request.
  3. Click "Cancel Request".
  4. After the payment method has been submitted (KakaoPay QR code, etc.), the request can no longer be canceled directly by the user. If you need to cancel a request before admin completes the top-up, please contact customer support.


Processing Time: Most top-up requests are processed within 5–10 minutes.

If you are not on the request page, you can access your request at Order History.

If a top-up request is canceled for any reason, the points used will be refunded to your account.
