Refunds may be available in certain situations, such as when there is a technical issue, a failed delivery, or a problem with your order.
For top-up requests, if the payment could not be processed or the top-up was not successfully completed, the points used for the request will be refunded to your account.
If you have unused points, you may request a refund. Refunds are issued based on the remaining points and their KRW-equivalent value at the time of processing. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Due to the nature of digital products and top-up services, refunds are generally not provided once a pin code has been delivered or a top-up request has been successfully completed.
Please note that refunds, when applicable, may be issued in points rather than the original payment method.
Refund amounts may differ from the original payment amount due to fees and exchange rate conversions.
